In the early 2008, as part of preparation for my lectures, I began shooting videos of lecture material in order to improve my presentation. From that was born the idea of a Youtube channel for A Chef At Large. The Chanel has been populated from time to time with cooking videos presented, filmed, and edited by your's truly. Video is incredibly difficult to do, and more-so with a 5 minute time-frame. This is why there are not so many episodes. Filming was shot from my home now spanning four different apartments. I stand by the information, and I think you can see progressive evolution of quality in terms of AV quality, editing and even presentation.
